ABC+ – Small Sardines in Brava Sauce

Garlic, chilli, and something smoky, like a kitchen in Porto on a summery evening. The Brava sauce is thick and glossy, with garlic that’s been cooked just enough to lose its bite, the chilli has a proper kick to it, the result is warm and fruity, roasted and toasted with a tang from the vinegar that makes every bite interesting. Be aware - this is a spicy-hot brava sauce.

Try them on crusty bread with a smear of ricotta to soften, or fold them into tacos with fresh coriander and lime. The sauce is rich but not heavy, lots of flavour to add to whatever you're serving them with. This tin is bold enough to stand alone, and like all the tins in the ABC+ range, it's pretty special.

Ingredients: Sardines (FISH) (Sardina pilchardus) (70,8%), Brava Sauce (Rapeseed Oil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, peppers, Garlic, Chilli Pepper, Water, Vinegar (sulphites), Salt, Modified Starch, mustard, Lemon Juice, Antioxidant (E385) and Paprika Extract) (28,2%) and salt.
