Anchovies in Smoked Butter from Hazas bring together hand-prepared Cantabrian anchovies and rich, lightly smoked butter. The fish are carefully deboned by hand and matured in sea salt before being layered into butter with a gentle smoke.

Make no mistake - this tins is as much about the Smoked Butter (40%) as it is about the Anchovies (21%) the result of this pairing is unctuous, heady and delicious.

Hazas, a small artisanal producer in Asturias, Spain, is known for its collaborations with Barcelona’s Rooftop Smokehouse. This is their three-star Great Taste Award winner.

Serve slightly chilled but remove from the fridge around 20 minutes before eating to allow the butter to loosen and the flavour to open.

These anchovies have a considerably shorter shelf life than most tins & require refrigeration.
