Hevva! takes its name from the old shout that would ring out along Cornish shores when pilchard shoals were spotted. Founded by Adam Tynan in Bude, these tins capture Cornwall's fishing traditions with contemporary flair.
Their range includes locally-caught Cornish mussels with regional charcuterie n'duja, squid in spicy tomato, and tender hake in lemon. Traditional fish soups round out the collection—a bouillabaisse and a rich crab bisque that taste of the West Country coast.
What's particularly nice about Hevva! is how they've embraced seafood caught through Britain's gentler fishing methods. By canning these catches, they extend shelf life while using packaging that cuts carbon footprint by 60% compared to alternatives.
