About Sardinha
From Portuguese waters comes Sardinha, where sardines get selected individually at market and hand-prepared using traditional steaming methods. This method develops flavour whilst keeping the fish's natural oils intact.
Each tin uses fresh fish, steamed and packed by hand with various combinations. The range spans classic Portuguese recipes alongside more adventurous flavour combinations.
