This British cuttlefish brings a clever Mediterranean twist to Sea Sisters' seafood collection. Tender pieces of cuttlefish are preserved with red peppers, onions and capers in a basil-infused olive oil, creating an excellent, up-to-date interpretation of a Sicilian caponata. The pine nuts add welcome textural contrast against the softness of the seafood, while the basil provides fragrant depth without overwhelming.
