From the cubist city of Olhão in Portugal's stunning Algarve region comes Manná Gourmet, a distinctively Portuguese tinned seafood brand launched in 2009 by the family-run Conserveira do Sul. Their striking packaging celebrates their roots with artistic depictions of Olhão's distinctive architecture, coastal landscapes and cultural touchstones.
These tins showcase the flavours of the Ria Formosa—a labyrinth of coastal lagoons teeming with exceptional seafood. Each premium Portuguese conserva combines freshly caught fish with traditional extra virgin olive oil, creating preserves that are both nutritious and remarkably flavourful without artificial colours or preservatives.
Conserveira do Sul brings over six decades of expertise to these tins, having perfected their craft since 1954. Their range spans classic Portuguese sardines to richly textured tuna, alongside mackerel and horse mackerel varieties—each one reflecting the clean waters of Portugal's southern coast.
