Smoked Rainbow Trout

Original and best - Sea Sisters' Oak Smoked Rainbow Trout has a natural sweetness that the oak smoking highlights perfectly.

Made with sustainably caught Cornish rainbow trout and prepared using methods that respect both tradition and ingredients, this Great Taste Award winner delivers genuine quality. The result is a versatile tinned fish that works in any setting, simple to sophisticated.

Ingredients: Smoked rainbow trout(fish) (72%), extra virgin olive oil (27%), salt, sugar.

Net weight: 112g

Cornish Sardines in Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Like all Sea Sisters tins, these Cornish sardines are caught by small boats fishing using sustainable practices, overseen by the Marine Stewardship Council, and cleaned and prepped by hand in Bridport.

These tins speak for themselves - serve this one with the simplest salad, rice and pickles, or perched on a cracker with maybe a dab of cream cheese.

Ingredients: Sardines (fish) 74%, Extra Virgin Olive Oil (25%), salt.

Net weight: 120g

Cornish Sardines with Chilli Oil

These whole Cornish sardines come preserved in chilli-infused olive oil that builds gentle heat as you eat. The warmth develops gradually, adding another dimension whilst that aromatic oil does exactly what good oil should do - make everything taste better.

Ingredients: Sardines (fish) 74%, Extra Virgin Olive Oil (25%), salt.

Net weight: 112g

Norfolk Whelks with Chilli and Garlic

British seaside tradition with a warming twist. Plump, meaty whelks from East Anglian waters get bathed in chilli-infused olive oil that delivers just enough heat without overwhelming their natural sweetness. The garlic adds depth whilst the quality oil unites the tin.

Excellent spooned over crusty bread with a cold beer, or something quite fancy from Alsace.

Ingredients: Whelks Mollusc (73%), Extra Virgin Olive Oil (27%) salt, chilli and garlic.

Net weight: 110g

About Sea Sisters

Founded by Charlotte and Angus in 2022, Sea Sisters was born from the realisation that no domestic canneries existed despite Britain's long fishing tradition. This Bridport craft operation specialises in sustainable seafood preservation.

Named in honour of their two young daughters and the power of sisterhood, Sea Sisters brings professional culinary techniques to the artisanal canning industry. Each product emphasises simple, ingredient-led recipes that showcase the natural quality of British seafood.

Their handcrafted conservas feature exclusively British fish, harvested in season using low-impact fishing methods from abundant stocks. With a commitment to ethical sourcing, Sea Sisters supports small fisheries and UK aquaculture.

These premium tinned seafood delicacies are designed for what the founders call the "Golden Hour" – those special moments with the first Friday evening drink, spreading delicious things on toast and crackers.
